Where can I find your services?

Double Designs offers a variety of services, all can be found on our home page. Follow the links to see what we can do for you! If you can't see the service you need, contact me!

What is your process?

Every project starts with a consultation with Di'Nasia. Once the details are finalized and an initial deposit is received, your project will begin. Upon completion, your final product will be delivered to you.

What is your turn around time?

Double Designs ensures every project is completed efficiently. The complexity of your design determines turn around time and is discussed during your consultation.

Can I extend my 30 minute consultation?

Yes, you can extend your 30 minute consultation. There is a base fee of $30 for a 30 minute consultation with Di'Nasia. There is an additional $1 per minute fee after 30 minutes. You will be invoiced the additional charge at the end of the call.

Can I use my own pre-created design?

Yes! Feel free to use any design that you've created to bring your project to life if that is what you prefer. Appropriate formats to send in designs is .jpeg, .png, .psd, .ind, .pdf, .doc, and .docx 

Will it cost extra for you to create my design?

My services always provide the option of Di'Nasia creating your designs after thoroughly discussing the product you've envisioned. We provide base prices for our services which can increase depending on the complexity of your design.

Are all designs the same price?

Every design is unique and prices for designs will vary based on complexity and chosen medium. There are several factors that determine the price of design, book a consultation to learn more.

What happens once you begin my project?

Once your payment is received, Di'Nasia will begin working on your project while providing continuous updates throughout the process, until completion. Your satisfaction is important, feel free to email any questions or concerns  you have.

How will I get my finished product?

Your finished product can be delivered in many ways. Print designs can be shipped or picked up at select locations, if local to area. Digital designs will be delivered via email in an appropriate format (.jpeg, .png, .psd, .ind, .pdf, .doc, or .docx )

Do you offer product updates and redesigns?

Yes, we offer updates and redesigns on previously purchased Double Designs services. The service will be available at a 15% discounted rate with a free 30 minute consultation as thanks for your previous business!

What happens if I refer a friend to Double Designs?

We offer a great referral program, if you refer a friend to Double Designs you and your friend will receive a 10% discount on your next service. Refer a friend and you'll both win!
